I attended a focus group this evening. Our focus was on the financial industry, (specifically banks). Alot of the discussions ended with me singing the praises of "my financial consultant". Well, long story short, at the end of the meeting, the woman sitting across from me aproached and said, "I just have to ask, is your financial guy Brad Cooper"? When I said yes, she said "I could tell by the way you were talking about him. Don't you just love Brad"? Her name was Heidi. I didn't catch her last name, but needless to say, we agreed that the banking industry could sure take some pointers from you.
